1) Customer Requirements
| Customer sends WorkSpaces his own sketch of an idea he has for his home office desk.
Preliminary ideas serve as a starting point and drawings can be rough, although exact room dimensions are needed if the desk is to fit into a specific space. To assist with space planning, customer provides information on door swings, windows, and other architectural features. Information about space needed for office equipment and storage also helps with planning.

2) WorkSpaces Draws Plan
| After a brief discussion, WorkSpaces sends a CAD drawing back to the customer for review.
Suggestions are offered by WorkSpaces to optimize usability, ergonomics, and storage. Issues such as the type of work being performed, need for conference space, or orienting the desk to enjoy a view may all be part of the discussion. Most custom pieces are paired with standard components in the same finish for a completely integrated office.

3) Reviewing and Final Adjustments
| After final requirements are in place and the desk has been reviewed, an itemized invoice is sent to the custom for an approval.
Invoice review includes verifying contact and ship-to information, any last minute changes to order, and double checking delivery and installation preferences.
