When WorkSpaces was founded in the mid 90's we choose to use outside manufacturing to fabricate our InterActive products to our own engineering designs. This allowed us greater flexibility to use different factories which had specialized in techniques applicable to a particular design. This has enabled us to do a wider range of product designs as technology and markets change. It has also allowed us to keep 90% of our product manufacturing inside the USA , keeping valuable jobs in our local economy. Below are a few of the high quality factories we use.

Brentwood Corporation in Mollala, Oregon has been fabricating WorkSpaces laminate components to our engineering specifications for over 12 years. Brentwood's factory is one of the most technologically modern factories in North America. Brentwood Factory

Many of our hardware components are fabricated to our own specifications in this modern metal fabricating plant in Seattle. Being able to fabricate our own hardware means that the customer is not limited to common and often unattractive off-the-shelf hardware. Qual-Fab also allows WorkSpaces to undertake unique applications for larger commercial office requirements.

WorkSpaces' work surfaces and shelving are made from laminates produced by Omnova. Omnova is one of the premium producers of laminates for furniture components in the world and is based in the USA. WorkSpaces uses their Surf X 3D laminates which have abrasion and stain resistance equal or better than most kitchen counter laminates. Their wood grains are extremely realistic and when applied with heat, pressure, and vacuum conform to all edges 360 degrees around delivering the customer a smooth sensuous edge to rest their hands and arms.
