Services/Free Kit We are pleased to provide two space planning options for our home office/small office customers. First, you can download WorkSpaces' free "Space Planning Kit: InterActive & InterActive Desks" and start planning your own desk layout or, second, you can have us do the planning after you provide us with a drawing (rough is okay) of your room with accurate dimensions and an idea of what you would desk arrangement you would like. Many of our customers like to start with the space planning kit and then have us refine it for them. WorkSpaces is pleased to provide a simple kit to help you configure the space plan that works best for your room. The kit includes instructions and an example, a grid sheet, desks and table dimensions, templates of WorkSpaces’ desk components, and a reference page of 3-D views of the furniture. Basically, you measure and draw your room or space, cut out the templates of WorkSpaces office furniture, and reposition the furniture (along with any existing furniture you have) until it appears the way you like it. We will review your plan, offer ideas you might not have considered, and provide a full quote to you. There is no charge for this service. Go to our PDF Download page for instructions on how to download the free "Small Office Space Planning Kit." If you would rather have us mail a printed version of the Small Office Space Planning Kit, please e-mail us your request or call us toll-free at 1-800-466-4123. We will send one out to you promptly. WorkSpaces also provides space plans for up to three desks. We provide a CAD drawing of your room (using the dimensions you provide via a hand-drawn sketch) with a desk configuration based on your preferences. We then work with you to make adjustments as needed. Your final CAD drawing will depict all the desks, tables, shelves, chairs and/or accessories you have decided on. We currently do not charge for this service, but reserve the right to make this a fee-for-service in the future. Whether you decide to use WorkSpaces space planning kit or to have us provide a full-service space plan, our goal is to ensure you are getting exactly the office furniture you need and want in an attractive and functional configuration.
